Between autumn and spring,  I have my “inventing new flavour/texture combinations” hat on which is what I loooove doing and one of the main reasons I started this business. 

One question I’m asked all the time is: how do I come up with these combinations? There’s no single answer, but the thought process is usually the same.

Firstly start with the ice cream/sorbet and flavour/style of dessert, then I started to think about the flavours and textures that would complement said dessert. This could be in the form of a cake, biscuit, crumb, meringue, salted caramel shards etc. 

April 2026 will be the introduction of a menu that I carefully thought of that would not just be crowd pleasers, but stick to the heart of giving you and your friends, family, guests or colleagues a Deliciously Different experience.
