Even though I started my business in 2022, this year, 2026, is the year I feel it’s just beginning.
The first few years I was more interested in flavour combinations which rapidly changed over the summer months, leaving no time to focus on you as the client (so its not a you thing, its a me kinda thing) With the help from Lux marketing agency I was given the space to take a step back and really ask myself: “What do I actually have on offer?”
So this year I am launching my set ice cream dessert menu so that you know what I have on offer year in and year out. I will still offer a tailored service on request; however, over the past 5 months, I’ve crafted a menu that should have something for everyone. Each ice cream dessert is a play on at least two out of our five taste sensations: Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, and Umami. I’ll let you guess which is which, answers on a postcard, yes, I’m of a vintage age to anyone below 20! 😀” – Ms Crème De La Cream Desserts Menu
